Our Story

Every journey begins with a single step into nature, and there is something extraordinary about being outdoors. Nature doesn’t judge, compare or rush. It simply invites us to slow down, notice, breathe and belong.

At Changing Leaves, we believe in the power of nature and the positive impact it has on our mental and physical health.

  • Children who have lost confidence begin to smile again.

  • Young people who have struggled in classrooms discover new strengths.

  • Adults overwhelmed by the pace of modern life find space to breathe.

  • Professionals rediscover why they chose to help others.

This is why we do what we do. We believe nature isn’t simply a place to visit, but a partner in connection, regulation, acceptance and growth. Like the seasons, every person moves through times of challenge, rest, growth and renewal. No season lasts forever. With the right support, new beginnings are possible.

Changing Leaves is more than an outdoor space, it is a place where people can reconnect with themselves, with others and with the natural world, and this belief shapes who we are and what we offer. From therapeutic provision for children and young people, to Ecotherapy for adults, and training that empowers others to bring nature into their work, because when we reconnect with nature we remember who we are.

‘I firmly believe that nature brings solace in all troubles’
